Gaddis Farms is a turnkey cattle operation. The farm consist of approximately 243 acres of well fenced pasture, 6 ponds and tanks, living quarters, shop, lean to. The barn and corrals were strategically designed so that one person can easily work the cattle. The current owner is fertilizing approximately 175 acres of pasture. The rest of the property consist of a live creek and really nice pockets of timber that are loaded with Monster Northwestern Missouri Whitetail and turkeys.
